- Made double bookings impossible with a Postgres exclusion constraint; payments confirmed server-to-server with HMAC-verified webhooks.
- Built an owner app that works offline, with an on-device outbox and amounts read aloud for managers who don't read easily.
- About 900 automated tests against a real database; CI deploys with health checks and automatic rollback.
Smart CAF · Portal for an Italian CAF and immigration agency Before + redesign
- Shipped an online office: fixed-price services, phone uploads, case tracking and a staff back office (Next.js, Express, MongoDB, Redis, Backblaze B2).
- Redesigned the front end: a guided 7-screen application with a draft that saves itself, EN/IT, undo on every staff action. Accessibility 88 → 100.

- A private phone-to-laptop stream: under-a-second sync over SSE, passkeys, QR sign-in, SSRF-safe link previews, backups with weekly restore checks. 57 tests.
